When you use our contact form, we collect the following data: name, company, email address, phone (optional), subject and message content.

Purpose : handle your commercial, technical or administrative request, respond to it and follow up on the relationship.

Legal basis : performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).

Retention : 3 years from the last contact for prospects, duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years for customers.

Requests are stored in our database (contact_requests table) hosted by our processor Supabase.

When you apply for a job, we collect: last name, first name, email address, phone, cover message, your CV and the reference of the job offer. A tracking token allows you to check the progress of your application.

Purpose : process your application, communicate with you and, where applicable, proceed with recruitment.

Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Retention : 2 years from last contact for unsuccessful applications (CNIL recommendation), unless earlier erasure is requested. CVs are stored in a private bucket (cv-uploads) at Supabase and metadata in the job_applications table.

We send transactional emails (acknowledgement, application follow-up, internal notification) via our platform's email infrastructure, from the domains notify.eurosonics.tn and careers@notify.eurosonics.tn.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (ID G-3KLFDB83JG) to measure audience anonymously. No analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google before your explicit consent (Consent Mode v2, analytics_storage denied by default).

• Supabase — PostgreSQL database, CV storage and admin authentication.
• Site host (see legal notice) — page hosting and server function execution.
